Your first course sets the tone for your career as an artist. We believe that in order to provide great service to your clients, you need to be proficient in multiple techniques. That is why we have merged our Microblading and PowderBrow training into a single course. At the end of your training, you will have learned the skills and techniques to begin your career as a comprehensive PMU artist.
Not all PMU training is created equal, and it's a big investment. Your first course will set the tone of your career. Here is what our course offers you:
Three full days of expertly curated, in-person training with an experienced instructor. During the in-person training, the instructor will review the technical components of the microblading and powderbrow, provide tons of hands-on training, dive in-depth into strokes and color, and assist you in performing a service on a client. Our in-person instruction will never have more than five students, ensuring you get the focus and attention you deserve. All live-model procedures will be powderbrow.
20+ hours of foundational instruction that will reinforce your artistry, procedure techniques, and industry knowledge. Each section has video content, recommendations, best-practice tips, demos from live procedures, readings, or photos that ensure you are familiar, comfortable, and confident with each step of the procedure. The online content will be available to you for 180 days after access is granted (1 month before the in-person training and 5 months after).
Direct message access to an instructor (via a chat app) to answer questions, validate your assignments, and provide feedback on your artistry. This lasting access to your instructor will be a key to your success as you take on unknown challenges you will face as a new artist. Access to this chat lasts for 90 days after you complete your in-person session.

Choose your location and schedule your in-person training days! A deposit is due at the time of enrollment which reserved your spot in the course. 30 days prior to your in-person training, the balance will be due.
Complete all of the introductory online content (pre-course) before attending your in-person training. This content is designed to get you comfortable with the material we will be reviewing in-person. There are items that MUST be completed 2-3 weeks prior to your in-person training. This may take some time so don't delay!
Attend your in-person training and take your first model! After completing your in-person session, you will receive: a certificate of completion, post-course online material, advanced assignments, access to the chat with your instructor, and access to the KNS artist forum. Your 90-day instructor chat begins after your in-person training is complete.
Practice. Practice. Practice. Complete the online assignments, and work closely with your instructor for technical mentorship. This is your time to ask questions and grow as an artist!
At the end of your 90 days, if you have completed the online content and your instructor's action-items, you will graduate as a KNS Academy Certified Artist! You will receive a custom watermark to include in your portfolio. This may be used on your photos or on your website to demonstrate to your customers that you are recognized for advanced training!
