In five years, Kendra has grown her business from being a solo artist to leading a team of 10 employees that operate permanent makeup studios in two states, Georgia and Michigan. Since it began, Kendra Neal Studio has seen over 4,000 clients, earned over 1,000 five-start reviews, and continues to operate at full capacity for its entire team of artists. Kendra attributes the business's success to the quality of her team's healed permanent makeup results, the exceptional client experience at KNS, and her passion for the craft.
Aside from running the business, Kendra still works as a full-time permanent makeup artist and instructor. She instructs leading artists from across the U.S. and Canada, and is asked regularly to speak on her powderbrow technique and team leadership ability.
